These include scheduling appointments, preparing external/internal correspondence, screening telephone calls and visitors, making travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and receptions, preparing presentation materials, and maintaining/filing documents. In addition, you will coordinate and produce sensitive reports and analyses (e.g., budgets), database maintenance, as well as managing expense claims. You will also help to organize team and/or departmental events. On top of a normal executive secretarial job scope, you will be part of a team in pursuing technology and continuous process improvement by actively identify opportunities for process improvements to create efficiencies and support capability to business needs, 

plus work on systematising processes and incorporating efficiency tools in the business support process.about the manager / teamYou will report to the Head of Emerging Markets. There are 2 other Team Assistants in this department supporting a total of about 30 investment professionals.skills & experience requiredThe ideal incumbent must have minimum 5 years of team secretarial experience. The role requires regular contact with clients, industry and government officials, and senior management in other firms. Thus, the successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal capabilities, and good verbal and written communication skills. As the candidate will be supporting a team of senior professionals,

 qualities of the ideal person include being able to develop a thorough knowledge of the organization quickly, and also being able to work with limited direction from senior professionals and make sound judgements independently. The successful candidate is also expected to have a keen interest in technology and business support efficiency tools, as the organisation is driving efficiency projects.
